UI/UX Designer

About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer at Scale Studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to translate complex ideas into intuitive, engaging designs. This is an opportunity to influence the user journey across websites, apps, and digital products while working in a dynamic, creative, and growth-focused environment.
You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing design solutions, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and ensuring the final product is both aesthetically appealing and highly functional. Your designs will directly impact user engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Conduct user research, testing, and usability analysis to inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and project managers.

• Maintain design systems, brand consistency, and accessibility standards.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.

• Ability to conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
